When a Return Material Authorization number is issued, you will be contacted via phone or email with the 
RMA number.  
Please ship computers in original packing materials and parts in original packing materials if available. 
RMA Number must be visible and prominent on exterior of shipping box. Please do not ship any product 
until you receive the Return Material Authorization number.
